About Daoist Qigong Levels 1 & 2:

Cultivate strength of body and calmness of mind through the healing Taoist practice of qigong. This intensive is a rare opportunity to receive instruction in two unique qigong lineages, the Pre-Celestial Limitless Gate School (Xiantianwujimen) and the Yiquan School. In Level I, we will practice techniques to strengthen the musculoskeletal systems, nourish internal organs, circulate energy and still the mind. In Level II, we will delve more deeply into postures that cultivate flexibility, strength and softness in the joints, muscles and tendons. About Enhancing Your Health with Qigong:

Qigong is not just a casual exercise. The forms of qigong can improve specific aspects of health. In this program, we will use the qigong you have learned from levels 1 and 2 to increase the movement of joints, relax and build muscle, repair and enhance tendons and ligaments, align the spinal column, and strengthen bone. Qigong can also improve digestion, enhance general circulation, and even bring clarity to our thoughts and actions. Enjoyable, fun, and easy to learn, qigong is the perfect practice for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
